Arkansas poultry growers who replace current lighting technology for broiler poultry growing facilities within the State of Arkansas on or after July 1, 2011, are eligible to apply for the rebate. Approved applicants will receive a check via mail. ACT NOW! Rebates are not guaranteed and are given out on a first-come, first-served basis. Rebate value is based on 50 percent of the individual bulb cost from manufacturer from which it is purchased. This program ends as soon as funds are exhausted. Here are the easy steps to follow, along with the program rules, to complete the rebate application process:
Purchase qualified LED bulbs that meet the minimum qualifications as laid out on the application.
Install the qualifed LED bulbs within the boundaries of the State of Arkansas.
Properly dispose of the replaced-bulbs and complete the disposal certificate.
Complete checklist on the Rebate Application Form to ensure you have fulfilled the rebate requirements. Make a copy of the application and supporting documents for your files.
Mail in the completed application form with your receipt and any other required documentation (e.g., Bulb Disposal agreement, W-9) to:

Application forms will be placed in queue by the postmark date on the envelope of the application. If a postmark is missing, the application will be placed in the queue based on the day it arrives at the processing facility.
Allow up to eight weeks for the support center to verify and process rebate application.
The Arkansas Poultry Lighting Rebate Program is now closed. Rebate applications are no longer being accepted and had to be postmarked by March 31, 2012 to qualify.
